Nassar Jomla Al Jomla (customer app) and Nassar Jomla Al Jomla Manager (store staff app) · Last updated 16 October 2026

These apps are published by Cloudase ("we"). They let customers order groceries from a store and let the store's staff prepare and deliver those orders. This page explains what personal data the apps collect, why, and the choices you have.

Who is responsible for your data

Cloudase operates the apps and the server that stores the data. The grocery store you join decides how your orders are handled and delivered. Only that store's staff can see your account and orders, and nobody else's. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

Customer app

DataWhy
Name and phone numberTo create your account and let the store contact you about your order.
PasswordTo sign you in. We store only a one-way hash, never the password itself.
Delivery addressTo deliver your order. You add it yourself in the app.
Approximate or precise locationAsked when you sign up. It is saved on your account so the store can see where to deliver. You can refuse the permission and still use the app.
OrdersItems, quantities, prices, notes and status, so the store can prepare them and you can follow them.
Device notification tokenOnly if notifications are enabled, to tell you when an order changes status.

Manager app (store staff)

DataWhy
Name, phone number, email and password hashTo create and secure staff accounts.
Product photos and pricesAdded by staff to build the store's catalog.

We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone recordings or advertising identifiers. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics in the apps.

How we use it

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Who can see it

How long we keep it

We keep your account and orders until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your profile, address, location, orders and notification tokens. Backups made before deletion are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.

Your choices

Security

All traffic between the apps and our server uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Each store can only access its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a password you do not use elsewhere.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
